The Intense Intestines Foundation is excited to announce our 1st Annual Climb for Crohn's & Colitis event. (You don't have to climb to come down and have a good time)
On Saturday, May 19th which is World IBD Day, we'll be holding an event at The Rock Club in New Rochelle, NY which will include climbing, raffles, auctions, a DJ, BBQ, and after party. We'll be having auction and raffle items from EMS, The North Face, Outdoor Sports Center and more. Purchase your tickets between April 10th-May 10th and you'll recieve a free pair of high performance, premium headphone. That's climbing with instruction, a pair of premium headphones, 2 free drinks and food for $45...WHAT A DEAL! The Rock Club is the premiere indoor rock climbing gym in the area, so we are excited to partner with them in order to raise awareness for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
There will be three main ways to partake in this exciting event:
1) Just climbing: With this ticket you will get almost 4 hours of open climbing at The Rock Club. This will include harness and instruction for the day. The price of the "Just climbing" ticket is $30. A great value since it includes instruction.
2) Just party: With this ticket you will be able attend the after party for the event. This ticket will include two drinks from the bar. At the after party we will be showing Brian's documentary from Health Theater as well. The price of the "Just party" ticket is $20
3)Climbing and party: With this ticket you'll be able to attend both the open climbing session and the after party. It includes harness and instruction when climbing and then 2 drinks during the after party. The price for the "Climbing and party" ticket will be $45.
All proceeds from the event will be going to creating the Intense Intestines Scholarship, programs to help those with Crohn's disease/ulcerative colitis and helping start the Intense Intestines Foundation. Even if you can't make the event please consider a purchase of a ticket as a donation to the I.I.F. to help those with IBD.
Please come down and help us in our mission to help as many people with these diseases as possible and have a great time while doing it. Together we can show people with Crohn's and colitis that they should Never Stay Quiet. |
